A 131 km loop from Taroko Gorge

Marble canyon, high road and weather risk. This road trip is shaped as a ride, not as a shortcut: leave the start cleanly, use the first checkpoint for fuel and weather discipline, then let the middle 52 km be the part you remember. The best part sits around Taroko Gorge gate, Hehuanshan high road, Qixingtan beach, while the fuel checkpoint and Tianxiang keep the day practical instead of turning it into a fuel hunt. Check the selected map before departure: scenic sections, transfer sections, speed/control reminders, risk points and the GPX checkpoint order are deliberately visible so the route is understandable before the engine starts. Ride it early if the area is popular, keep the photo stops legal, and shorten the route if weather, daylight or energy stops agreeing with the plan.
Taroko Gorge is where the day begins. Next is Tianxiang.
Tianxiang is where this day stops to eat. Next is Hehuanshan high road.
This is where the road stops climbing. Next is Qixingtan beach.
Qixingtan beach, late in the day. Next is back to Taroko Gorge.
Back at Taroko Gorge. That is the ride.
